I'm Jitesh, a product designer based in Bengaluru. I untangle complex B2B problems — the kind where the edge cases outnumber the happy paths and stakeholders have opinions about everything except the user.

I think in systems. Not just on screen — if you hand me a restaurant menu, I'm already questioning the information hierarchy. Walking through an airport? I'm mentally redesigning the wayfinding. I can't help it.

My work sits at the intersection of systems thinking, enterprise complexity, and AI-augmented workflows — I use whatever tool gets me to the right answer faster, whether that's Figma, a whiteboard, or an AI that does the boring parts so I can focus on the hard ones.

When I'm not pushing pixels, I'm either planning a trip I probably won't take or losing ranked matches and blaming the matchmaking.
